What we collect

- Generated drafts you save to your history.

How we use it
To provide the service, process AI generations, manage your subscription, communicate with you about your account, and meet legal obligations.
AI processing
Your inputs are sent to AI model providers via our gateway in order to produce drafts. Do not include identifying information about children or families unless you have appropriate consent.
Children's data — your responsibility
Early Years Ally is intended for use by educators, not by children. Any personal information about children that you choose to enter is processed at your direction and remains your responsibility under your service's privacy policy and applicable law (including the Australian Privacy Principles where relevant).
Sharing
We share data only with infrastructure providers necessary to run the service (database, AI gateway, payment processor). We do not sell your data.
Retention
We retain your account and saved drafts while your account is active. You can delete saved drafts at any time. On account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days except where retention is legally required.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data by contacting us.
Security
We use industry-standard transport encryption and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; you accept this risk by using the service.
