1. The service
Early Years Ally is an AI-assisted drafting tool for early-childhood educators. We provide drafts only; we do not provide professional, legal, medical, or regulatory advice.
2. Account & eligibility
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate registration info. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
3. Subscription & billing
Early Years Ally Pro costs $5.99 per month. New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before your renewal date from the Billing page in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; previously paid periods are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Early Years Ally to harm children, breach privacy law, generate harmful content, or violate your service's policies. Do not upload identifying information about children without parent/guardian consent and proper authorisation.
5. Your content
You own what you input and what the AI drafts for you. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs to deliver the service.
6. AI output disclaimer
Output is generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. You, the educator, must review every draft for accuracy, safety and regulatory fit before use. See the AI Disclaimer.
7. No warranty
Early Years Ally is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant fitness for any specific curriculum, jurisdiction, accreditation, or compliance regime (EYLF, NQF, state/territory regulations, etc.).
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or reputation arising from your use of the service. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
9. Your data is your responsibility
You are solely responsible for any client, child, family, or third-party personal data you choose to enter into Early Years Ally. We are not responsible for unauthorised disclosure caused by data you entered without consent.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse. You may close your account at any time from Billing.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.
